Zoom Integrated into Cloudbreak Health Telemedicine Platforms

Cloudbreak Health, a unified telemedicine and video medical interpretation solutions provider, has completed integrating the Zoom video conferencing service into its telemedicine platform as part of its pioneering interoperability efforts, enabling interpreters to support timely care delivery to help with the current public health crisis, the company said.

Healthcare providers will now be able to easily access Cloudbreak´s services, including secure, live remote interpretation in roughly 250 languages, through Zoom´s video conferencing capability.

Cloudbreak´s 1,200-plus customers, which include clinics, hospitals, and healthcare systems, are eligible to download this feature and have already begun using it in patient interactions. Cloudbreak´s interoperability features allow it to natively integrate with multiple WebRTC and SIP platforms including Vidyo, Polycom, Skype, Cisco and now Zoom. These integrations also can be used in many of the major electronic medical records used by hospitals including Cerner, EPIC and others.

From telepsychiatry, telestroke, tele-ICU, telesitting and other specialties to integrated language services for Limited English Proficient and Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing patients, Cloudbreak´s innovative, secure platform removes both distance and language barriers to improve patient care, satisfaction and outcomes.
