Wright Brothers National Memorial reopens visitor center to celebrate 115th anniversary of 1st Flight

Wright Brothers National Memorial Visitor Center has announced it has reopened to celebrate the 115th anniversary of the First Flight, following two years when the center was closed for upgrades to the building and its displays, the company said.

The center is located on the site where history was made in 1903.

The Visitor Center now houses exhibits, many interactive, that unfold chronologically with the thematic approach of Making the Impossible, Possible. Drawing on the inspiration and lessons learned from Wilbur and Orville Wright, the Visitor Center tells the story of flight, and invites and encourages visitors to consider to reach for the impossible.
