For the third quarter ended September 30, 2017, WOW! reported Total Revenue of USD 297.8 million, down USD 13.4 million, or 4.3%, over the same period last year. The company reported a Net Loss of USD (2.1) million, a year over year improvement of USD 18.2 million. Transaction Adjusted EBITDA was USD 114.8 million, an increase of USD 3.3 million, or 3.0%, compared with the third quarter ended September 30, 2016.
Total Revenue for the third quarter of 2017 declined 2.2%, from Total Revenue including Acquisitions and Dispositions in the third quarter of 2016. WOW!´s Internet centric strategic focus has led to strong growth in Internet-related revenue, as HSD subscription revenue for the third quarter ended September 30, 2017 increased by USD 13.4 million, or 14.8%, compared to third quarter of 2016, on a transaction adjusted basis.
