WestJet has reported September 2016 revenue passenger miles of 1.887 billion, compared to 1.623 billion in September 2015, an increase of 16.3 percent, the company said.
The company reported capacity, measured in available seat miles (ASMs), was 2.363 billion in September 2016, compared to 2.099 billion in September 2015, an increase of 12.6 percent.
The company´s load factor in September 2016 was 79.9 percent, compared to 77.4 percent in September 2015, an increase of 2.5 pts.
Year-to-date 2016 revenue passenger miles were 18.152 billion, compared to 16.412 billion in the same period 2015, an increase of 10.6 percent.
Year-to-date capacity, reported in available seat miles (ASMs) were 22.045 billion, compared to 20.377 billion, an increase of 8.2 percent.
Year-to-date load factor in 2016 was 82.3 percent, compared to 80.5 percent in the same period 2015, an increase of 1.8 pts.
