Western Digital Corporation (NASDAQ: WDC) has released its myWDâ¢ Surveillance Storage Certified Surveillance Reseller Program, designed to offer a comprehensive lineup of benefits for the security and surveillance channel providers, the company said.
The myWD Surveillance Storage Provider Certified Program is a tailor made initiative that aims to offer security and surveillance system integrators, installers, solutions and service providers´ training, sales support, value added benefits and incentives geared to help partners enhance their business opportunities and profitability.
The announcement comes as a recent report by Research and Markets1 anticipates the video surveillance storage market to grow at a CAGR (compound annual growth rate) of 22.41 percent to reach USD USD18.28 billion by 2020, as enterprises and governments across the world continue to switch from traditional analogue-based solutions to IP technology.
Eligible partners will be provided in-depth product training to receive a WD Certified Surveillance Storage Certified Reseller Program certificate. In addition, partners will have access to sales support through a dedicated WD account manager, exclusive member promotions, regular product updates in addition to in-store POS marketing material.
