Vivo maintains #5 position on IDC smartphone tracker

Smartphone brand Vivo has held its top five position as IDC released its Q2 2016 worldwide quarterly mobile phone tracker report, the company said.

In the second quarter of 2016, Vivo remained on an upward trajectory with shipment amounts reaching 16.4 million units, an 80.2 percent year-on-year growth, achieving a 4.8 percent global market share.

Vivo Mobile has released the X, V and Y series in China, India and Southeast Asia, and focused on hi-fi sound quality, professional-level photography and design.

Vivo is a smartphone brand focused on introducing products with professional-grade audio, appearance, and a fast user experience.
