Valmie Resources Inc. (OTCBB: VMRI) has retained Praxis Aerospace Concepts International (PACI) to provide technical services and expertise, such as the development, evaluation and integration of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) operating standards, capabilities, technologies, and procedures, the company said.
PACI is a Southern Nevada-based consultancy offering a unique mix of proprietary technology and domain expertise. The firm specializes in white label services, and provides unmanned systems and autonomous technology testing for various universities and corporations. PACI delivers high quality services for Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) UAS test sites such as the Eldorado Droneport in Boulder City, Nevada, and the New York UAS Test Site at Griffiss International Airport.
The PACI assignment comes on the heels of Valmie´s order of five multi-rotor fixed-wing Transition BASE Systems from ALTI UAS, a leading UAS developer. Valmie will add the innovative hybrid systems to its existing product line. The five next-generation commercial aircraft will have the ability to take off and land vertically, practically anywhere.
Founded in 2011, PACI´s mission is to develop practical solutions for multi-modal (ground-air-sea-industrial) robotics and unmanned systems. The company develops and operates laboratory and field facilities for autonomous systems research. It currently serves numerous clients with military, public and civil robotics/unmanned systems across the globe.
Valmie Resources is a US company actively pursuing opportunities for the commercialization of products and services in the technology industry. Valmie seeks concepts within four key sectors of technology: software, hardware, networking, and semiconductors.
