Uraguay´s ACI Airport SudAmérica, S.A. has announced the expiration and final results of its offer to repurchase and exchange outstanding 6.875% senior secured guaranteed notes due 2032, the company said.
The senior secured guaranteed notes in the original aggregate principal amount of US 200,000,000 are offered for exchange for newly issued 6.875% Cash/7.875% PIK senior secured guaranteed notes due 2032.
As of 11:59 p.m. (New York City time) on May 21, 2020, USD 187,197,000 aggregate original principal amount of Existing Notes had been validly tendered for exchange, representing approximately 93.60% of the total original principal amount of the existing notes.
The Company also announced all conditions required to consummate the exchange offer have been satisfied. Accordingly, the settlement date of the exchange offer, the company will issue USD 180,026,279 aggregate principal amount of new notes.
ACI Airport Sudamérica, S.A. is the sole stockholder of Cerealsur S.A. Cerealsur is a holding company and through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Puerta del Sur S.A., operates the Aeropuerto Internacional de Carrasco.
