United Airlines to lease 24 additional gates at Denver International Airport

United Airlines has announced Denver City Council has approved the airline´s lease of an additional 24 gates at Denver International Airport, the company said.

The additional gates are a part of Denver International Airport´s USD 1.5 billion concourse expansion program. Additional gates will offer local travelers access to more flights to more places than ever before.

United Airlines plans to grow its Denver hub from 500 to as many as 700 daily flights by 2025. The additional gates are a combination of newly constructed and existing gates, and part of DEN´s USD 1.5 billion Concourse Expansion Program.

United and United Express operate approximately 4,900 flights a day to 362 airports across six continents. In 2019, United and United Express operated more than 1.7 million flights carrying more than 162 million customers.
