United Airlines names new VP/treasurer

United Airlines (UAL) has announced it has named Pam Hendry vice president and treasurer, responsible for corporate finance, treasury operations and risk management, the company said.

Hendry is a senior aviation finance executive who has an extensive background in cost-effectively financing aircraft.

Prior to joining United, Hendry was a managing director at Plane View Partners, an aviation consulting firm.

United Airlines and United Express operate approximately 4,700 flights a day to 356 airports across five continents. In 2017, United and United Express operated more than 1.6 million flights carrying more than 148 million customers.
