Ubiquity's Sprocket, iWebGate Secures USD8.575m in funding

Ubiquity Inc. (OTCBB: UBIQ) licensee iWebGate Limited has secured additional funding of USD8.575 million to accelerate customer growth, the company said.

iWebGate is well funded to accelerate and execute its growth strategy for its cyber security platform technology products and rapidly expand its relationship with Telstra, which includes Ubiquity´s Sprocket. The Sprocket is the navigational tool in iWebGate´s proprietary container technology, which resolves major problems for enterprises and government agencies of all sizes.

iWebGate´s new funding will benefit the Ubiquity-iWebGate partnership, which has already successfully begun to include Sprocket through its secure mobile containers to 800,000 users. Ubiquity is committed to “mobile as a service,” and the partnership with iWebGate helps bring those solutions to life.
