Global investor confidence in Turkcell (NYSE:TKC) (BIST:TCELL) was indicated by the two times oversubscription on the 10-year Eurobond issued by the company, which attracted a wide range of international investors from the US, Europe, and Middle East, the company said.
The 5.80% USD 500m 10-year Eurobond will be listed on the Euronext Dublin (Irish Stock Exchange). The issue will be completed as of April 11, 2018.
Turkcell Iletisim Hizmetleri A.S. provides mobile telecommunication services for consumer, corporate, and wholesale customers. The company operates in two segments, Turkcell Turkey and Turkcell International. It offers mobile communication and fixed voice services; and broadband services that consist of mobile broadband, fiber to the home/building, and ADSL. The company was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey.
