Tuniu makes senior management share purchase plan

Tuniu Corporation (Nasdaq: TOUR), an online leisure travel company in China, has announced that certain senior management members of Tuniu, consisting of Donald Dunde Yu, co-founder, chairman and chief executive officer, Maria Yi Xin, chief financial officer, Shihong Chen, chief technology officer, and Wei Zhang, executive vice president, intend to use their personal funds to purchase the company´s American depositary shares (“ADS”) on the open market, the company said.

They plan to spend an aggregate amount up to a maximum of USD 2 million within the next 6 months.
