Triumph Group names EVP, Integrated Systems

Triumph Group (NYSE:TGI) has announced it has named Frank Dubey as Executive Vice President of its Integrated Systems business unit, effective November 26, 2018, the company said.

Dubey succeeds Tom Holzthum, who is retiring at the end of the calendar year after a transition period. Dubey will report directly to Triumph Group President and CEO, Dan Crowley.

In his new role, Dubey will leverage the Company´s work over the last two years to transform our Integrated Systems business, which has enabled strong organic growth and positioned it for operating margin expansion. He will lead the business unit´s five operating companies, with 17 sites across the US and Europe.

Dubey brings more than 20 years of executive experience and held numerous senior leadership roles within the industry, including his most recent role at Thales Group as Chief Operating Officer for Thales InFlyt Experience.
