Tribune proposes FCC monitor negotiations with Dish Network

Tribune Broadcasting, a division of Tribune Media (NYSE: TRCO) has proposed to let the FCC chairman´s office monitor negotiation between Tribune Broadcasting and Dish Network, the company said.

Tribune said Dish Network´s proposal of binding arbitration is a hollow offer, designed to mislead consumers and avoid returning to meaningful negotiation.

The company proposes that the FCC chairman´s office monitor negotiations with Dish through daily joint calls.
