Tessco adds 3 vice presidents to support corporate strategy

Tessco, an industry-leading provider of wireless products, services and solutions, has announced the addition of three new Vice Presidents across the company, the company said.

Tammy Ridgley was promoted to Vice President of Commercial Product Marketing, Jim Markisohn was named Vice President for Corporate Marketing, and Brenda Budzynski was appointed Vice President for Ventev, the company´s proprietary brand.

Ridgley was promoted after significant experience working on the company´s mobile device accessory team. Over the course of 22 years with Tessco, she has worked in commercial business, retail, and program management for large carrier partnerships. In her new role, she will lead the commercial product team, driving alignment of our go-to-market strategy with that of our supplier partners to enable mutual success.

In the marketing department, Markisohn will lead a team that works to articulate and promote Tessco´s capabilities and value to vendor partners and customers across both the mobile device accessory and wireless infrastructure markets. Markisohn brings more than 30 years of experience in marketing and business development, with specific expertise in distribution marketing and go-to-market strategies for technology companies. Prior to joining Tessco, he held leadership roles at Anixter, HD Supply and Arrow Electronics.

Budzynski was appointed VP & General Manager for Ventev, Tessco´s proprietary brand of mobile power and wireless infrastructure products. She has extensive experience gained at companies including Alcatel-Lucent, JDS Uniphase, TeleCommunication Systems, and most recently, Spectralink. Her broad background spanning research and development, engineering, product management, and marketing, makes her the ideal person to optimize go-to-market plans and accelerate growth of the Ventev brand.
