Telkom Indonesia (NYSE: TLK) confirms it has filed its annual report on Form 20-F for the year 2015 with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, the company said.
The filing of the annual report is in accordance with Section 203.01 of the New York Stock Exchange listed company manual.
Holders of Telkom Indonesia´s securities can receive a hard copy of the 20-F report (including the complete audited financial statements) upon request.
Telekomunikasi Indonesia is a large telecommunications services company in Indonesia. Telkom is a semi-privatized, majority state-owned company listed on multiple exchanges.
