Call center technology provider TCN Inc. has signed a reseller partnership with Japan-based ICXnet Corporation, the company said.
With operations in Japan, Hong Kong and Switzerland, ICXnet Corporation provides advanced IT and telecommunications products to large international corporations worldwide. Under this partnership, ICXnet will promote and market TCN´s cloud-based contact center suite, Platform 3.0, to domestic and multinational companies based in Japan.
