TaskUs, the tech-enabled business services company delivering customer support, AI operations and content security to the world´s most innovative companies, names Porfirio Diaz VP of Operations, the company said.
Diaz will bring the TaskUs signature employee experience to radically change the customer support industry in Mexico.
Diaz has held senior-level roles in operations, client services, customer experience, and global operations during his many years with Grupo TELvista. At that company, Diaz rose through the ranks from a frontline employee while he was in university to operations manager to the VP of client care and development. The TELvista team had 150 employees when Diaz started there, and at the time of his departure, Diaz was responsible for running five sites throughout Mexico managing a team of more than 4,000.
As VP of Operations for TaskUs, Diaz will be instrumental in the development and execution of TaskUs´ aggressive growth plans in Latin America. His breadth of employee experience, from the frontline to the executive levels, team development and relationship building skills will be essential in his role in managing personnel and optimizing operational efficiency in customer support and engagement.
As part of its investment in Mexico, TaskUs is moving into a new office space. Diaz and the team will begin working out of the new space in September.
