(NASDAQ:SNCR), a global leader and innovator of cloud, messaging, digital and IoT products and platforms, has announced it has completed the acquisition of the honeybee software business from UK-based multinational electrical and telecommunications retailer and services company Dixons Carphone plc (LSE:DC), the company said.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
