SymQuest acquires Office Systems

IT services, printer and copier provider SymQuest Group, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Konica Minolta Business Solutions USA Inc., has acquired Office Systems, the company said.

Office Systems, based in Plattsburgh and Watertown, NY, is a provider of digital office solutions including copiers, document imaging, and printers.

The acquisition of Office Systems allows the technology company to leverage the added world-class resources of SymQuest, its 186 technology professionals, and seven branch locations throughout Northern New England and New York.

Existing clients of Office Systems will now have access to award winning IT services and support, comprehensive managed print services and alerting, and a large service organization with 24/7 network support. Clients will also have an array of products and applications to boost their business processes including secure print and storage, network disaster recovery tools, and managed cloud services.

Founded in 1996, SymQuest designs, installs, and hosts network infrastructures and printing environments of all sizes. It is a regionally based subsidiary of Konica Minolta Business Solutions USA with locations in South Burlington and Rutland, VT, Plattsburgh, NY, Keene and West Lebanon, NH and Westbrook and Lewiston, ME.
