Subsentio acquires 50% interest in Counter Link

Subsentio has announced that it has acquired a 50 percent interest in Counter Link, a provider of advanced solutions used for targeted collection of communications, in a move that advances Subsentio´s control of intellectual property of technologies vital to lawful, court-ordered intercept of terrorist and criminal communications, the company said.

In tandem with this stock-for-stock transaction, Subsentio has named Counter Link president Dr. Glen Myers a member of Subsentio´s Board, a group of eight counselors and investors chosen for their decades of senior experience in the global telecommunications industry.
