Spherix Incorporated (NASDAQ: SPEX) has entered into a non-binding letter of intent to invest in DatChat Inc., in exchange for an equity security interest in DatChat, the company said.
DatChat´s patent-pending encryption technology allows users to secure their messages sent between mobile devices. Earlier this year, DatChat announced that its technology offers privacy control for both individual and group messages.
Spherix fosters technology and the monetization of intellectual property.
