US based Solairus Aviation on Friday announced the recent formation of a strategic alliance with Hong Kong’s Metrojet Ltd.
The recently formed strategic alliance is intended to offer both aircraft management services for Asian business jet owners and comprehensive aircraft charter services solutions for clients in Asia.
Cumulative of almost eight months of planning and preparation, the partnership is expected to capitalise on Solairus’ experience in aircraft management and private jet charter and Metrojet’s name and brand in the Asian region.
As AOC holders in Hong Kong and the US Metrojet and Solairus respectively provide owners with the chance to offer their aircraft for passenger-carrying air-charter purposes to offset aircraft ownership costs in a professionally managed way.
Both companies will continue to provide services in their own markets while the alliance will focus on meeting the requirements of new aircraft management and charter clients with business aviation needs on both sides of the Pacific.
