Board of directors of SkyWest, Inc. (NASDAQ: SKYW) has declared a quarterly dividend of USD.05 per share, the company said.
The dividend is payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2016 on all shares then issued and outstanding. The 85th consecutive dividend will be paid on October 7, 2016.
SkyWest, Inc. is the holding company for two scheduled passenger airline operations and an aircraft leasing company and is headquartered in St. George, Utah.
