SkyTeam launches SkyPriority customer audit app to track service performance

SkyTeam, the global airline alliance, has launched SkyPriority audit app, a customer feedback initiative that allows premium customers to rate their travel experience, in an effort to ensure the highest consistency in service delivery across the globe, the company said.

Following a nine-month pilot phase involving over 8,000 top frequent flyers, the SkyPriority audit app has been launched worldwide. All eligible SkyTeam customers can provide feedback on SkyPriority services at every step of their journey at more than 1,000 airports. The app is available in English, Spanish and simplified Chinese, with a further 11 languages being rolled out through summer 2016.

SkyTeam is a global airline alliance with 20 member airlines working together to offer travel on an extensive global network. From hubs around the world, SkyTeam members provide journeys to over 1,050 destinations.
