Servotronics, Inc. (NYSE: SVT) has appointed Christopher (Chris) M. Marks, an experienced financial specialist, to the board of directors, the company said.
Marks is a partner in the financial planning company Jensen, Marks, Langer & Vance, where he provides money management and business planning services.
Servotronics, Inc. designs, develops and manufactures servo control and other components for various commercial and government applications (i.e., aircraft, jet engines, missiles, manufacturing equipment).
