Securus Technologies said it has provided current video visitation customers with a new upgrade that allows for multi-session live monitoring.
Multi-session live monitoring allows authorized correctional staff to simultaneously and continuously view live, active visitation sessions on a single screen. This makes monitoring much more efficient and effective.
