Saker Aviation reports revenue of USD 14.7m in 2016

Saker Aviation Services, Inc. (SKAS), an aviation services company specializing in ground-based services to the general aviation marketplace, has announced its financial results for the twelve months ended December 31, 2016, the company said.

Revenue and net income in the twelve months ended December 31, 2016 of USD 14,690,654 and USD 880,430, respectively, were down 8.0% and up 26.6%, respectively, as compared to revenue of USD 15,974,307 and net income of USD 695,208 in the twelve months ended December 31, 2015.

The Company also reported Adjusted EBITDA of USD 2,334,112 for the twelve months ended December 31, 2016, a decrease of USD 436,417 or 15.8% as compared to Adjusted EBITDA of USD 2,770,529 in the twelve months ended December 31, 2015.

Saker Aviation Services, through its subsidiaries, operates in the aviation services segment of the general aviation industry, serving as the operator of a heliport, a fixed base operation that provides ground-based services, such as fueling and aircraft storage for general aviation, commercial and military aircraft, and as a consultant for a seaplane base.
