JetBlue Airways has introduced Sabre Corporation´s (NASDAQ: SABR) comprehensive crew management system that offers a range of crew scheduling, management, services and analytical capabilities, the company said.
This new platform helps solve the challenge of crew tracking and management while giving airline crew employees a more efficient way of interacting with the airline both on and off duty.
A fleet of hundreds of aircraft is manned by thousands of crew members with schedules and preferences. Sabre has built its crew manager system with a customizable user-interface and a configurable rules engine. The company has also integrated Sabre´s crew disruption management technology, Recovery Manager Crew.
