Rogers partners with Twitter in self-service option to request customer care

Rogers Communications (TSX: RCLA) (TSX: RCLB) has partnered with Twitter to offer self-service to its customers through Twitter´s new business support features, enabling people to get quick access to the help they need by direct messaging Rogers or Fido from their phone, tablet or computer, the company said.

Twitter´s new business support features allow people to have a direct, secure, continuous chat with a live care team representative. Rogers is joining a group of global companies to offer this new service to customers.
