RingCentral to Provide UCaaS Solutions to Avaya

RingCentral, Inc. (NYSE: RNG), a provider of global enterprise cloud communications, has announced that it will enter into a commercial agreement with Avaya Holdings Corp. (NYSE: AVYA), a global provider of solutions to enhance and simplify communications and collaboration, making it the exclusive provider of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) solutions to Avaya, the company said.

RingCentral and Avaya will introduce a new solution, “Avaya Cloud Office by RingCentral” (“Avaya Cloud Office” or “ACO”). RingCentral and Avaya will jointly develop programs to leverage Avaya´s global sales and partner network, as well as build automated technologies for seamless customer transition to RingCentral´s global UCaaS solution.
