Rambus Q1 2017 revenue up 34% YoY

Rambus Inc. (NASDAQ: RMBS) has reported first quarter 2017 total revenue was USD 97.4m, which is 34% higher than a year ago, with GAAP diluted net income per share of USD 0.03 representing a 50% increase over Q1 of 2016 and non-GAAP diluted net income per share of USD 0.17 representing a 31% increase over Q1 of 2016, the company said.

Cash, cash equivalents, and marketable securities as of March 31, 2017 were USD 187.6m, an increase of USD 15.4m from December 31, 2016, mainly due to cash generated from operating activities of USD 17.2m, the company said.

Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter was USD 34.0m.
