QikServe, the mobile order and payment specialist, has achieved Gold Partner status in Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), the company said.
By attaining Gold Level membership, Oracle has recognized QikServe for its commitment to establish Oracle related knowledge in delivering a robust, enterprise-ready mobile order and pay solution complete with personalized loyalty and marketing capabilities.
As a Gold Level Partner, QikServe is fully integrated into Oracle Hospitality´s point of sale (POS) platform, meaning customers who use Oracle´s POS solution can quickly deploy a fully-branded mobile order and payment service for their diners. QikServe´s patented “Waiter in your Pocket” app lets guests order and pay for their food and drinks straight from their smartphones for either pick-up, delivery or eat in-store dining. A major feature of the app is that it automatically captures customer data which can then be used by the operator to power highly targeted marketing campaigns.
Diners can order exactly what, when and how they want using their mobile device. All they need to do is scan an in-store QR code that prompts the download the customer-branded QikServe app. Once logged into the application, guests can open their check, add to their order, customize their meals and pay together or separately if eating as a group.
