Board of directors of PM & E Inc. has signed a letter of intent to purchase EVADA Aircraft Corporation, the company said.
The company said it plans to purchase stock and management of EVADA and will take over running of the overall company.
EVADA Aircraft Corp is an aeronautic company based in Wyoming that combines the technology in general aviation aircraft. As an amphibious aircraft manufacturer EVADA Aircraft specializes in two-seater and four-seater aircraft models, providing LSA light sport aircraft.
