PCTEL divests its network engineering services

PCTEL, Inc. (Nasdaq:PCTI), a provider of Performance Critical TELecom solutions, has sold the assets of its Network Engineering Services business based in Melbourne, Florida, to Gabe´s Construction company, Inc., the company said.

Gabe´s is based in Sheboygan, WI with regional offices in Monroe, MI and Rockledge, FL; the expanded engineering services operations team will be based at the Rockledge, FL location.

Gabe´s Construction company, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Westshore companies, Inc., was founded by Jacob Gabrielse and his sons John, George and Edwin in 1942. This Wisconsin corporation, in its fourth generation, has served the Pipeline, Telecommunications, Utility, and Wireless industry.
