P&WC nears completion of online service portal

Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) has reported MyP&WC Power, its new online customer service portal, is nearing completion of its rollout to customers, the company said.

The portal features a shopping cart and advanced transactional and search capabilities, enabling the more than 14,000 to purchase parts, request engine rentals, register warranties and manage entitlement contracts online.

P&WC said it has been onboarding existing portal customers to MyP&WC Power in order to ensure comprehensive support during the transition.

P&WC, based in Longueuil, Quebec (Canada), is a wholly owned subsidiary of United Technologies Corp., which provides high-technology systems and services to the global aerospace and building systems industries.
