Multiple global operator groups can now take control of their data consumption costs thanks to a new Data Optimization and Hub Break Out solution from Transaction Network Services (TNS), the company said.
The TNS hosted Data Optimization and Hub Break Out solution allows mobile operators to save money by reducing the amount of data consumed by their subscribers on 3G or 4G networks.
Since the re-emergence of unlimited data plans last year, operators are seeing increased backhaul Internet traffic when subscribers roam from HD/SD video, always-on applications and sponsored/zero rated data services.
