Ontario International Airport estimates 253,000 passengers during 18-day holiday period

Ontario International Airport (ONT) has announced it estimates nearly 253,000 passengers will travel through ONT between December 20 and January 6, the company said.

The estimated passenger traffic represents a 3.2% increase over 2017, with 245,000 air travelers.

The addition of non-stop flights to New York, Florida and Taiwan helped to boost holiday passenger volume this year while multimillion-dollar upgrades to ONT´s dining and retail concessions provide an improved airport experience.

Ontario International Airport (ONT) is located in the Inland Empire, approximately 35 miles east of downtown Los Angeles in the center of Southern California. It is a full-service airport with nonstop commercial jet service to 19 major airports in the US, Mexico and Taiwan, and connecting service to many domestic and international destinations.
