InSpeed Networks, the technology provider of network optimization, monitoring, and security, has announced that Michael Mansouri has joined the company as chairman and chief executive officer, the company said.
The former CEO, Ed Basart, will stay on in a new role, as chief strategy officer.
Mansouri, as chairman, president and CEO of iPass, Inc., led the global roaming and security company which resulted in a successful USD 1.8 billion exit in 2003.
