Nexmo has formed a partnership with AppShark to bring Nexmo´s SMS capabilities to Salesforce through AppShark´s product, Open SMS Pro, the company said.
AppShark´s Open SMS Pro customers can now have their messages powered by Nexmo´s global cloud communications platform, resulting in superior message delivery rates and greater global reach than before.
With this partnership, Salesforce users worldwide now have access to Nexmo´s SMS services from within Salesforce, without the need for custom integration. With Open SMS Pro, customers can send single and bulk messages, conduct SMS Campaigns and also chat with leads and contacts from Salesforce.
Nexmo provides global cloud communications through communication APIs and SDKs for voice, text, messaging and phone verification services. It enables applications and enterprises to communicate with their customers reliably and with ease, no matter where in the world they are located.
