New 5G smartphone taps into T-Mobile's 600 MHz spectrum

T-Mobile (NASDAQ: TMUS) has announced that the OnePlus 8 5G is coming to the Un-carrier, the company said.

The new 5G smartphone taps into T-Mobile´s 600 MHz 5G network, the first and only nationwide 5G network, and it´s ready to rock 2.5 GHz spectrum as the Un-carrier lights it up. The OnePlus 8 5G will be available at T-Mobile starting April 29, and the Un-carrier has the wireless provider exclusive on the Interstellar Glow color.

T-Mobile´s 5G network covers more than one million square miles, reaching over 200 million people in more than 5,000 cities and towns across the country. And now that T-Mobile has merged with Sprint, the combined company is building a broad nationwide 5G network for all.
