NeoPhotonics Corporation (NYSE: NPTN), a designer and manufacturer of advanced hybrid photonic integrated optoelectronic modules and subsystems for bandwidth-intensive, high-speed communications networks, has announced that Ray Wallin, Chief Financial Officer, will resign from his position effective May 15, 2017 and will remain as a consultant to the company for a three-month transition period, the company said.
Wallin has served as the CFO of NeoPhotonics since December 2013.
The company has retained an executive search firm to identify a successor CFO.
