NAV CANADA reports 6.3% increase in May 2018 traffic figures

NAV CANADA has reported an average increase of 6.3% in passenger traffic in May 2018 traffic figures in comparison to the last fiscal year. the company said.

Fiscal 2018 year-to-date traffic has been 5.0 per cent higher than in the prior fiscal year. NAV CANADA´s fiscal year runs from September 1 to August 31.

Weighted charging units represent a traffic measure that reflects the number of flights, aircraft size and distance flown in Canadian airspace.
