Nashville International Airport awards contract to Fraport for concessions program

Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority has awarded Fraport USA, a leading developer of award-winning airport retail programs with a contact to manage and develop the concessions program for Nashville International Airport (BNA), the company said.

Over the term of the contract, Fraport will enhance the shopping and dining experience for more than 14 million passengers in one of the fastest growing airports in North America and in a top tourist destination.

Expected to begin in early 2019, the 10-year agreement covers the design, construction, lease and management of more than 130,000 square feet of concessions space in the airport´s four concourses.

Fraport USA is the developer and manager of the retail, food and beverage operations at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport, Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, Pittsburgh International Airport and JetBlue´s Terminal 5 at John F. Kennedy International Airport.
