Monolith Software names chief technology officer

Monolith Software, a provider of next-generation, unified service assurance solutions, has named John Locke as Chief Technology Officer, responsible for the product management, development and roadmap of the AssureNow service assurance solution, the company said.

Locke brings more than 35 years of IT and industry experience, service operations understanding and deep business insight to address customer challenges. As Monolith CTO, he will lead the commitment to continue building AssureNow to help clients reduce operational costs with a unified service assurance platform for traditional and virtualized services.

Locke was Information Services CTO for UK and Europe at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where he increased value and drove automation and technology direction. He was also a change agent as Group CIO at Tata Communications. During his 17 years at Vanco PLC he progressed to become CTO, responsible for all elements of technical and operational management.
