Miracle Flights, recently premiered their community-focused commercial featuring special patient, “Little Levi” Krystosek, and UNLV men´s basketball head coach, Marvin Menzies, the company said.
Through the Nevada Broadcaster´s Association, the commercial aims to make the Vegas community more aware of Miracle Flights´ services and encourage those in need of medical transportation to reach out.
Since 1985, the nonprofit has coordinated over 100,000 flights so that seriously ill children may receive life-altering, life-saving medical care and second opinions from experts and specialists throughout the US Miracle Flights will fly a patient as many times as necessary to reach his or her doctor.
Ten-year-old Levi Krystosek, who is featured in the commercial alongside Coach Menzies, was honored as Miracle Flights´ 100,000th flyer this past June. Krystosek and his mother have flown numerous times for various medical appointments and procedures to treat Levi´s rare form of dwarfism.
Miracle Flights is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides free medical air transportation via commercial airlines throughout the United States. With over three decades of service to families in need, Miracle Flights has coordinated more than 100,000 flights and counting.
