Michael Baker International, a global leader in engineering, planning and consulting services, has announced two strategic appointments within the firm´s aviation practice to strengthen aviation services, the company said.
The company appointed J. Brad Homan, P.E., to Regional Aviation Lead to support strategic growth in the Great Lakes Region. Homan has been with Michael Baker for more than 26 years and recently served as Department Manager.
The company also named Matthew Ponce, P.E., as Department Manager of Aviation in the firm´s Pittsburgh office, managing the operational performance, staff development and client engagement of the Practice. Ponce most recently worked at WSP USA, where he led a number of airfield projects, and the USD 4 billion replacement of Terminal B at LaGuardia Airport in New York.
