MetroNet Holdings, LLC, the parent company of MetroNet, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Jaguar Communications, the company said.
Based in Owatonna, Minnesota, Jaguar has an extensive fiber network throughout Southern Minnesota that serves both residential and commercial customers with fiber-based voice, video and high speed broadband services.
Founded in 1999 by a group of seven individuals, Jaguar Communications was created to provide advanced telecommunications to Southeastern Minnesota.
