Loudoun Water picks Trimble Unity to extend SAP solutions

Trimble (NASDAQ: TRMB) software has been chosen by Loudoun Water for its utility field operations, the company said.

Located in Northern Virginia near Washington, D.C., Loudoun Water provides drinking water and wastewater services to more than 70,000 households in one of the nation´s fastest-growing counties. Loudoun Water maintains over 1,200 miles of water distribution pipelines, over 900 miles of wastewater collection system pipelines and a growing reclaimed non-potable water system. Loudoun Water determined that Trimble Unity´s multi-platform approach was the right solution to solve its immediate need for improving field team operations and mobile work management.
